ORDERS & PAYMENT

Order Cancellation

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order. If it hasn’t been processed yet (usually within 24 hours of order confirmation), we will be able to cancel and issue a refund. If the order is already processed, we cannot make any changes.

We are a very small business! If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, we will still need to follow the above policy, so please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help you.

Returns/Exchanges

In a sustainability effort, all of our items are created on a per order basis. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns/exchanges on items that have already been processed and/or shipped. If you have any questions about products before ordering, please contact us. We’d be happy to chat and make sure you’re ordering something you’ll love!

Damaged Items

If any of your items arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us ASAP. If the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we can replace or refund as long as the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Time

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number and confirmation. Once it is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a notice with tracking information. Shipping times may vary based on your chosen shipping method and destination. After shipping, orders within the US can typically be delivered within 1-8 business days. International orders may take 1-20 business days.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected window, please try the following:

  • Wait up to a week to see if it is delivered. Sometimes mail carriers have unexpected delays that don’t show up in your tracking information.

  • Check all entrances to your home and ask neighbors if it may have been delivered to their address. Mistakes happen!

  • Contact the mail carrier using your tracking information.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages and cannot issue a refund. We recommend following the proper claim process with the mail carrier.
